Actcentive offer dedicated support to our members to ensure they are able to take full advantage of the platform.
In order to get member support, we strongly recommend you to get acquainted with our support policy outlined below so that you understand how we can serve you better.

Scope

We provide support for all the sites, and you are required to submit a support ticket to get support and define which site and support type you require.

However, for individual marketplace store you need to contact their own support area, and submit a support ticket directly to the individual store itself.

The platform specific support covers the following:

  • Technical questions about our platform services and features.
  • Issues with membership registration
  • Issues with maketplace membership subscriptions
  • Issues configuring merketplace store

Supporting Hours

Generally, we respond to all support queries:

  • Within 12 hours from Monday to Friday
  • Within 24-48 hours on Saturday & Sundays

Report a Bug

We regularly check for bug fixes and updates in order to make our products more advanced and user-friendly than ever.

However, if you found a bug, we recommend you contact our support team so that we can investigate in time. For security issues, we will fix bugs and release a platform wide update as soon as possible.
