Community Driven Values
Actcentive is a community driven initiative of online services where all personal information is handled under an opt in understanding. No personal information is ever shared or sent to any third party, all shared personal information is only allowed with your consent.
If a third party requests your personal information, we will refuse to share it unless you give us permission, or we are legally required. When we are legally required to share your personal information, we will tell you in advance, unless we are legally forbidden.

Trusting us with your data means that you don’t have to enter your payment and delivery information every time you make an order.

We are a United Kingdom company, but we work with and process data about individuals across the world. To operate our business, we may send your personal information outside of your state, province, or country, including to the United States.
Content and Communications
All Actcentive members that post content, comments, queries, and reviews require a validated membership account. Validated accounts require a real email address and proof of ownership is required during the initial sign up.
All content, comments, queries, content, and other communications will be moderated and must comply to the following rules:
- Content is not illegal
- Invasive of privacy
- Infringing of intellectual property rights
- Injurious to third parties or objectionable
- Does not consist of or contain software viruses
- Political campaigning
- Commercial solicitation
- Chain letters
- Mass mailings or any form of “spam”
- You may not use a false e-mail address
- Impersonate any person or entity,
- Mislead as to the origin of content.
Actcentive reserve the right to remove or edit such content.
Actcentive is not held responsible for the opinions of our guests, members or authors of content on this website.
If you believe that any content on the Actcentive platform contains a defamatory statement, or that your intellectual property rights are being infringed by an item or information, please notify us by completing and submitting the appropriate infringement notification form and we will review, and respond.

When you use any Actcentive Platform Services or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you electronically in a variety of ways, such as by e-mail, web push notices and communications on the website or through the other Actcentive Notification Services, such as our store “Notification Boards” or “Announcements”.
For contractual purposes, you agree that all agreements, notices, and announcements received through the platform’s communications that we transmit to you electronically meet all legal requirement. All form of communications is in writing unless applicable laws specifically requires an alternative form of communication.
Recommendations & Personalisation
As part of the Actcentive Services, we will recommend features, articles, reviews, products, and services, including platform and third-party adverts.
When you sign up to a country specific marketplace store subscription level we use geo location data to determine product and service locations. This data assists customers in finding products within a defined distance from their location.
Actcentive uses the Google Maps API service, and we may capture the following parameters:
- IP addresses

How you can OPT OUT
Direct marketing. If you do not want to receive promotional messages from us, you can change your account settings or follow the unsubscribe instructions which we include at the bottom of our emails and text messages.
EAN, UPC or Barcode Infringement: EANs, UPCs and Barcodes are used to associate product information i.e. pricing, size or inventory levels. These codes are not covered by intellectual property protection.

When we make a material change to this policy, we’ll notify users via email, in-product notice, or another mechanism required by law. Changes become effective the day they’re posted.
